We exist to fix the things everyone quietly accepted as broken.

For decades we all agreed to live with broken processes, because fixing them was too expensive, too slow, or too human-intensive to do at scale. The help that changes a life — a coach, a mentor, an insider who tells you how things really work — was reserved for the few who could find it. We think that's the thing to fix.

01/Why now

The math just changed.

Real help used to be a scarce, expensive resource. One good mentor could only sit with so many people. One great coach could only take so many clients. So the systems around us were built to ration it — and most people simply went without.

AI changes the unit economics of help. For the first time, it is possible to give every single person the kind of guidance that used to depend on who you knew. Not a generic article. Not a template. Help that knows your situation and meets you in it.

That is the opening we're building into — and we're holding it to the same standard as the rest of the lab: it has to actually be right.

02/Where we start

Hiring — from the candidate’s side.

Most freshers, and plenty of experienced people, don’t fail interviews because they lack the skill. They fail because they don’t know what to say.

They've done the projects. They've learned the concepts. But when the interviewer asks the question, they freeze, ramble, or quietly undersell themselves. Nobody ever showed them how to turn what they know into what they should say.
